Minimum Order Requirement

USPS/UPS offers competitive rates and proven service quality. For domestic orders, we provide shipping options such as First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated during checkout based on the recipient's location, package size/weight, and USPS/UPS guidelines. Please note that adult signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipment Tracking & Insurance
Priority Mail offers comprehensive tracking capabilities, providing updates from shipment to delivery. It also includes insurance coverage up to $50 in case of loss or theft. USPS First Class Mail includes tracking, although it offers limited updates compared to Priority Mail, and it does not include insurance. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

We strive to fulfill all orders promptly. Orders received before 12:00 PM CT from Monday to Friday are typically shipped the same day. Please note that our normal shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM CT on Friday are shipped on Monday morning. During busy periods like sales events and holidays, slight variations to this schedule may occur.
Delivery Time
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Domestic packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Although USPS First Class Mail provides a more economical shipping option, delivery times can be longer, ranging from 2-9 days. Please note that these estimated delivery times are provided by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by Tobacco Cartel Inc. Delivery times may vary slightly during exceptionally busy periods such as sales events and holidays.
Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to reasons such as an item being too large for a PO box, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or transportation problems, we will contact you via email and provide a full refund (excluding additional shipping charges).
Please note that undeliverable orders cannot be re-shipped. If you still wish to purchase items from the returned package, you can place a new order on our website.
If you suspect that your package is undeliverable, please wait until it is received back at our warehouse to receive a refund. In the meantime, you are welcome to place a new order, and your original order will be refunded as soon as it is returned.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Tobacco Cartel Inc are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tendering the item to the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local USPS branch to address the issue.
