Returns & Refunds

Cancellations


All order cancellations must be made before 12:00 PM PST the day after the order is placed and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After this timeframe, all sales are considered final.

Damaged Items


If you receive any damaged items, please take immediate photos of the package and its contents, ensuring to keep all packaging materials. Within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, email us these photos along with any other relevant information. Please note that items used or not in their original condition may not be returned.

To initiate the return process, you can email your photos and information to info@sevenstardistributors.com. We will work with the shipping service to arrange for the damaged piece to be picked up for insurance purposes. If you choose a different item from our current inventory, the turnaround time for the replacement should be within 7-10 business days. If a replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10-45 business days, depending on the circumstances.
